Sometime between 1:30 and 2 AM, Adventures of Superman star George Reeves died from a single gunshot wound to the head in the upstairs bedroom of this modest home here on Benedict Canyon Drive in Los Angeles. He was 45. The house itself looks hauntingly the same as it was at the time of Reeves’ death. Exactly what happened that night has never fully been resolved, and though ruled a suicide, suspicious events surrounding the incident cast doubt on Reeve’s official cause of death.
